General Delivery Information for all orders

Our standard delivery service arrives with you or your nominated recipient within 7 working days (excluding bespoke items).

If a next day or Saturday delivery is required, please call our office for a quote and availability.

We can only deliver to postal addresses in mainland UK at the standard rate. Please call our offices for delivery prices on non-mainland UK deliveries.

Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect or arrange re-delivery.

In the event of you the customer not being able to receive delivery of your goods after repeated attempts by our courier / postal service to do so. They will be returned to ourselves and a charge for the non-delivery by our courier will be passed on to yourself the customer.
If you then would still require the ordered goods an additional charge would also be required to deliver the goods back to you the customer.

Products sent to hospitals, schools, military & business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.

Deliveries can take place up to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEM/S THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY OUR COURIER/ DELIVERY SERVICE THAT HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR 'RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION ' PRIOR TO CHECKING FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE THESE CHECKS.

IF ANY ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM THE DELIVERY, REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

We are unable to exchange or refund items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. However, mistakes/accidents do happen and should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact of our office within 48 hours of delivery.
